Cinemagraph
This component is usually used on the homepage for Moments or as a hero-image at the top of a project detail page. The author can upload an mp4 file to the media library or add a link to a vimeo url. HOWEVER, we recommend using mp4 files for ease of use and performance. In the case of the homepage, a static poster image can be added that will display until a user hovers over that image. In the hover-state the cinemagraph will activate. The Poster Image is shown on mobile/tablet devices, and also loads for slow connections.
